Born Attih Ekpenyong in Calabar, Nigeria, his musical journey began in 2011. Honing his craft through performances and competitions like Nigerian Idol, Attih quickly gained recognition for his talent. A significant early milestone came in 2017 when he was honored to write and perform the official theme song for Nigeria’s Democracy Day, presented before the nation’s President.

Attih’s talent soon crossed international borders. His participation in the prestigious ‘Road to Yalta’ Music Festival in Russia (2020) marked a pivotal moment. As the first African artist selected for the festival, his stellar performance alongside renowned Russian artists earned him widespread acclaim, an award of excellence, and a Golden Microphone from jury chairman Lev Leshchenko, who dubbed him «The African With The Golden Voice.»

Now based in the vibrant musical landscape of Barcelona, ​​​​Attih Soul continues his unstoppable artistic journey. He holds a double Master’s degree in Talent Management & Leadership, underpinning his dedication to his craft. In 2023, he signed with the French management company Talent and Skills, released the intimate «The Acoustic Experiment» EP, showcasing his songwriting in a stripped-back format, and unveiled his highly anticipated debut album, «Shades of Emotions.» This dynamic and eclectic 11-track album explores the full spectrum of human feeling, collaborating with talented producers and recorded across several Barcelona studios like Sol de Sants and Sulam Sound Studio.
